I believe that there is no end to learning. As a teacher, the more heterogeneous group of students you teach the more perfect and confident you become. The Fulbright Teacher Exchange Program will expose me to students with diverse backgrounds, different levels of motivation and learning abilities.
This program will give me an opportunity to learn about the U.S. school system, various teaching methodologies and experience U.S. society and culture -- thereby enriching my vision and teaching practice. |
